Role and Responsibility:

  • Overall 10-year experience in the IT industry
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development with ITSM Module.
  • Hands-on experience in building enterprise software and documentation and actively supporting other teams in adopting tooling and standards development best practices
  • Hands-on experience with container technologies and any observability platforms
  • Hands-on experience in creating widgets and creating a workflow.
  • Experience in creating custom tables, and creating notifications.
  • Good experience in programming skills/languages JavaScript, AngularJs.
  • Experience in migrating updates set to production.
  • Experience building new products that leverage challenging high-performance algorithms
  • Experience in testing at various levels, profiling, and code tuning
