Experience of ServiceNow CSM/ITSM
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong team player and ability to work with global teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist – Performance Analytics (MUST HAVE)
3 years’ experience working with ServiceNow Reporting including Performance Analytics
ITIL Foundation certification advantageous
Experience of Agile methodologies
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Proven experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
