• 5 plus years of IT Experience in Implementation and Customization of ServiceNow (ITSM Platform, ITOM,
  CSM, IRM and scoped applications).
• Having experience in ServiceNow development in different modules which includes requirements gathering,
  analysis, design, development, documentation, testing and deployment.
• Worked on Automation of different use cases using ServiceNow orchestrator, flow designer.
• Well experienced in planning designing and implementation of ServiceNow requirement for different customer.
• Worked with Incident, Problem, and Change management applications in Service Now.
• Experience on implementation of different modules like ITSM, CSM, ITOM, Integration, CMDB, Planned
  Maintenance and Scoped Applications.
• Experience in Testing and deployment of different ServiceNow functionalities.
• Worked as team in projects.
• Knowledge on Import Sets and Transform maps.
• Exp ib Creating Service Catalog, Record producers, Catalog items, Variables & Variable sets.
• Good experience in using Service Now utilities such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflow, UI Policies, UI
Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Email Notifications, and Form Customizations.
• Knowledge of working with different kind of scripts in Service Now and their order of execution.
