We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position ServiceNow Developer to work on Remote basis.

 

Required Skills

  • Strong ServiceNow Platform knowledge
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Product, specifically Discovery and CMDB
  • Experience in configuring and triaging discovery probes, patterns, and credentials
  • Experience in configuring MID Servers for Discovery and CMDB Integrations
  • Knowledge of Discovery protocols; SMNP, SSH, WMI, PowerShell, HTTP/HTTPS, IPMI, Rest API, SOAP
  • Understanding of Network topology and networking protocols TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting
  • Strong Understanding of servers, storage, network devices, load balancers, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure components
  • 3-5 years of experience on the ServiceNow Platform, specifically within the ITOM product suite


Required Certification: Certified ServiceNow Administrator
 

Preferred Certifications: CIS ITOM/Discovery; Certified ServiceNow Developer, ITIL
