This role will be part of the ITSM function responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow. Client wants to mature their ITSM processes across Change, Incident, Problem, CMDB, Asset and Release. They want to further leverage ServiceNow capabilities across the organization in an automated manner. The position will work closely with Client's ITSM leader, internal and external staff currently supporting and developing on the platform. Other key stakeholders will include the Service Desk, IT leaders and those who utilize the platform. DUTIES: Help develop prioritization of efforts against business value, mature utilization and organizational capabilities of ServiceNow and our ITIL processes. Develop and code ServiceNow platform. IT staff and other stakeholder training and communication. Organizational and project management skills focused on process and results. Leveraging best practices to code and manage ServiceNow and other tools. Report preparation, KPl's and presentations on ServiceNow for IT management and other stakeholders. Assist in governance process associated with developing and adopting written Policies, Standards, and Procedures. Other Duties as may be assigned Projected Start: ASAP, initial contract through 6/30/2024 with possible extensions: MUST HAVE: • 5 years' ServiceNow development experience . • 3 years' experience with ITSM and ITIL process governance. • Ability to work with key stakeholders to establish and manage priorities. • Successful upgrade and code migration through a minimum of 4 versions. • Experience with ServiceNow portal development, improvement, reporting and management. • Experience in highly regulated industries and ServiceNow governance models. • Demonstrated ability to code within ServiceNow development and production environments using JavaScript. • Excellent organizational, communication and reporting skills. • Experience managing OLA, SLA and customer satisfaction. NICE-TO-HAVE: • Bachelor's Degree • ServiceNow and ITIL certification. • Varied scripting and coding experience and frameworks. • Experience with multiple ServiceNow deployments, including Utah and Vancouver. • Experience with Cl/CD practices and Agile development. • Experience as a Product Manager for ServiceNow. • Experience workinQ in the Aviation or Transportation sector.
