Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background with extensive experience working on the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the areas of Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. This role requires technical expertise in customizing, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions to support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows, focusing on Incident, Change, and Problem Management
Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions aligned with business needs and ITIL processes
Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and development work

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend best practices
Stay updated with new features and functionality within the ServiceNow platform, and recommend upgrades and process improvements
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
