  • Perform day to day administration of the ITSM solution across all environments.
  • Maintaining business service and configuration item relationships in the CMDB
  • Perform installation and testing of updates and new releases
  • Work with users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows related to configuration management.
  • Provide configuration and customization assistance including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, custom scripting, and third party software integrations
  • Build reports, dashboards, home pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts etc.
  • Building Custom applications in ServiceNow according to requirements from Product owners.
  • Building workflows for Orchestration to Sync LDAP and other integrations using Mid Server.

 

 

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
