Seeking a highly skilled Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, enhancements and integrity of existing ServiceNow ITSM applications as well as implementation and development of new applications on the ServiceNow platform within the enterprise. 

Min. of 5 Years ServiceNow Development experience and strong coding skills

Experience in developing complex catalog items 

Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.

Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions

Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM)

Experience in working with integrations including REST, SOAP, JSON, Scripted REST web service APIs and MID Server Integration

Experience on implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements

Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow

Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks

Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).

Should have ability to think independently

Certification Needed:

Certified Application Developer

Certified Implementation Specialist  ITSM

App Engine Experience & Experience in Integration hub

Certification Desired: Certified Implementation Specialist  ITOM
