Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow development and QA automation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ServiceNow tools, including CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM, along with strong proficiency in QA automation. This is a high-priority role requiring immediate joiners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, with a focus on CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM fundamentals.
Create and execute automated test plans, test cases, and scripts for ServiceNow applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and performance standards.
Identify, track, and resolve bugs through thorough testing.
Utilize ServiceNow ATF and other automation tools to streamline testing processes.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM.
Expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with hands-on experience in automated testing tools.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF is a plus.
Ability to write clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Experience in performance or security testing is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be available for immediate joining.
Qualifications:
Full-time BE/BTech, MCA, or MSc in IT/CS.
