Description

Serve as an expert in the ServiceNow platform, leading ServiceNow practices, advancements, and innovation.
-Develop and deliver a clear platform roadmap by bringing knowledge of business drivers, processes, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
-Assist with the planning, strategy, and implementation of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
-Lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of the ServiceNow platform and integrations when multiple implementation tracks are executed in parallel including ITSM, IOTM, SecOps, DevOps, ITAM, Integrations etc.
-Facilitate client workshops and conduct interviews to drive stakeholder consensus on requirements and solutions. Provide an overarching view on best practices to implement multiple tracks in parallel and multiple phases of implementation at different stages.
-Identify process improvement areas and drive CSI projects.
-Pro-actively manage risks, and stakeholder expectations.
-Communicate, enforce, and integrate development best practices and technology standards.
Skills and Experience
*Minimum of 12 years overall experience in implementing ITIL and IT Service Management Solutions.
*Strong experience with ServiceNow platform solutions, including Employee and Technology workflows, Integration Hub, and API integrations.
*Working knowledge of all ServiceNow/ITIL modules including ITSM, CMDB, IT Asset Mgmt. Discovery, Event Mgmt., Service Mapping, HRSD, GRC and CSM.
*Experience in enterprise level application design/architecture experience, with extensive experience on Java, J2ee, middleware and high-volume web-based applications design and systems integration
Experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-tier, multi-tenant, end-to-end solutions in a high availability environment.
*Experience in emerging Cloud technologies and vendor landscape with ability to balance cost against benefits.
*Ability to develop high level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support, and operational needs of a solution.
Technical knowledge of the following areas: Java, HTML, JavaScript, LDAP/Active Directory, networking, and database administration
Good knowledge of multi data center deployment solutions with disaster recovery procedures and high availability at every layer (network, web servers, middleware, and database/storage)
*Good knowledge of middleware solutions such as WebLogic, WebSphere, TOMCAT, TIBCO.
*Good knowledge on database technologies (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL) and ETL
