We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Financial Services Operations (FSO), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Custom Applications.
Responsibilities:
FSO & CSM Implementation: Design, develop, and implement solutions tailored to client needs.
Custom Apps Development: Create custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Integration & Scripting: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and develop scripts.
Collaboration & Support: Gather requirements, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Documentation & Training: Create documentation and provide user training.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years with ServiceNow, FSO, and CSM.
Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
