Description


Requirements:
• Availability to work at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience developing, implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment (5+ years);
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, with Customer Service Management (CSM);
• Experience with the ServiceNow Data model;
• Experience with Service Portal Development, Flow designing and/or traditional workflow;
• Experience in Custom Application Development;
• Experience managing integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services, custom REST APIs, and Integration hub;
• Expertise in ServiceNow Scripting - Business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc;
• Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy and actions, and client and server scripts;
• Experience building dashboards and reports;
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Work with functional team and clients to implement/develop a CSM-based highly customized application;
• Develop scoped applications that will utilize all the ServiceNow's platform functionality;
• Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services;
• Design and develop reports and dashboards.
