Future Duties And Responsibilities
Design, enhance, implement, and maintain effective and scalable solutions using
ServiceNow, and integrating with third party and in-house products.
Provide technical and functional leadership with Service Now Implementation.
Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, best practices, and
procedures in the field of software development in the completion of complex software engineering activities
Work with engagement leaders and other technical experts to build Client
proposals
Work with Clients to understand their technical challenges and develop innovative
technical solutions to address those challenges
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
8+ years of software development experience
6+ years of professional Service Now implementation experience.
ITSM is the primary need along with good Service Portal and Catalog Setup experience (Must).
Adept at Agile development practices
Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
Individual contributor able to handle customers and their expectations independently
