Role Description:

• 6 years of Work history of Extensive experience with Service Now development including core modules, workflows/flows, and custom app development.
• 6 years of Work history experience High level of competency writing and maintaining JavaScript.
• 5 years of Work history experience with the development and maintenance of REST integrations, including data transformation.
• 5 years of Work history experience Demonstrated experience with Service Now Incident Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Agile Stories
• 3 Years of Work history experience Service Now Integration HubFlow/Action development, and integrations with external systems/platforms.
• 3 Years of Work history experience Familiarity with Service Now core product functionality with demonstrated experience in navigating vendor documentation and the Service Now HI Portal
• 3 years of Work history experience with COTS product integration with enterprise applications.
