ServiceNow Developer

1.          ServiceNow Developer (SAM/HAM primary) - focus on developing within the Software Asset Management module and, if time allows, with Hardware Asset Management. I need a developer with experience deploying SaaS modules who can also configure these plugins to show benefits. I am seeking entitlement management and reclamation and showing value from SAM and HAM.
2.          ServiceNow Developer (AIOps) – Developer that has built out AIOps in the past and came lead and champion the deployment and configuration of the module.
3.          ServiceNow Developer (SecOps – SIR/VR) – Dedicated resource to work with our security team in developing their user stories and helping to move forward with phase 2 development of the SIR and VR modules.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML, ServiceNow Development APIs, AngularJS, SQL, and custom ServiceNow App Development are all helpful
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping is helpful.
Certified Systems Admin, Certified Application Developer, or other ServiceNow certifications preferred.
Ability to learn new concepts, systems, and technologies.
Able to work with customers and the business to understand business needs and translate those needs into technical solutions.
Ability to work within an Agile framework for development and release schedules.
