Job Summary:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, GRC, and other modules.
Configure and manage MID Servers for data collection, monitoring, and automation tasks across the network.
Design and implement workflows, scripts, and business rules to automate processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using MID Servers and APIs.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow GRC solutions to support regulatory compliance, risk management, and policy enforcement.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and MID Server connectivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Perform unit testing and participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and functionality.
Maintain technical documentation for developed features, configurations, and customizations.
Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong expertise in configuring and managing MID Servers within ServiceNow.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide Script, and AngularJS.
Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules and knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and policy management.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
