Job Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting a federal client.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency and streamline operations
Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM modules
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow
Provide guidance and support to team members on ServiceNow development best practices
Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and new features, and apply them to improve our solutions
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
Required Skills
Strong Experience with JavaScript
Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules and processes
Working knowledge of custom widgets / front-end development in ServiceNow
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs
Expertise in HTML, CSS, XML, and web services
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of DevOps
Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Skills
Working knowledge of Angular.JS & JSON
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
