Location: Chandler, AZ

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Skills

Primary:
Strong ServiceNow Engineering background OR
A combination of ServiceNow engineering and .NET/C# development experience.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
Customize and configure ServiceNow platform features, including workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, or other integration methods.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow best practices and new features.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience. 
4+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with .NET and C# development (if applicable).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with ITIL processes.
