Experiences

Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform Development - Business Rules, Tables, Script Includes, Client Script, Scheduled Jobs, ACLs etc.
ServiceNow discovery module set up, troubleshooting
Knowledge of Azure Cloud discovery – Including VM, Cloud Resource, IP address discovery
Knowledge of AWS Cloud discovery- Including VM, Cloud Resource, IP address discovery
Experience in Cloud API to get resources from Azure and AWS
Troubleshooting and resolving issues for cloud resource discoveries
Knowledge is debugging pattern logs, identifying gaps in Probe trigger, detecting anomalies
MID Server Set-Up, connectivity check, ECC queue logs troubleshooting, MID selection algorithm.
The person should have a clear concept of data flow between ServiceNow and MID instance and cloud resources
Experience in hands-on networking, network traffic routing, performing troubleshooting using SSH, PowerShell etc.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solutioning and Consulting skills would be appreciated
