Responsibilities
Learn and Develop ServiceNow Skills:
Participate in training sessions to learn about ServiceNow platform fundamentals.
Collaborate with experienced team members to understand ServiceNow development best practices.
Gain hands-on experience by working on ServiceNow projects and tasks.
Assist with ServiceNow Implementation:
Support ServiceNow developers and administrators in implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions.
Assist in configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules based on business requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Document processes, configurations, and customizations performed on the ServiceNow platform.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Requirements
Enthusiastic recent graduate with a strong interest in IT and technology.
