Qualification:
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect with Information Risk Management (IRM) certification to join our remote project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform architecture and design, with expertise in Information Risk Management. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
- Implement Information Risk Management processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on ServiceNow platform architecture and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and administrators, to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Maintain Information Risk Management (IRM) certification and ensure compliance with IRM standards and regulations.
- Continuously optimize ServiceNow solutions to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and process flows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on Information Risk Management, is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Information Risk Management (IRM) certification is mandatory.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and design.
- Strong understanding of Information Risk Management processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, integrations, and customizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
