ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Designs, develops, tests and deploys solutions for customers.

·Builds on the extensive knowledge of what works and what doesn't work.

·Technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and/or integration development.

·Lead in requirements gathers workshops onsite for our customers

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

·At least 6+ years comprehensive experience with ServiceNow platform and 3+ years’ experience with ITBM.

·Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITSM or other ServiceNow solutions in client environments.

·Experience of ITIL, minimum foundation level, ideally higher.

·Ability to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the customization.

·Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script include, Workflow designer, Table/Form creation, email alerts configuration.

·Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude is a must

·Ability to engage as an integral technical resource to develop client solutions

·Ability to participate in design workshop, development, testing and deployment activities with customers

·Strong JavaScripting experience

·Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools

·Excellent communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS

·Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and other such technologies.

·Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services, eSA) and working in a SaaS environment.

·Working knowledge of how configuration management factors into the ITIL framework

·ServiceNow System Admin Certification

·ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
