Role : We are seeking an ITSM architect and practice ITSM process evaluation Continual Service Improvement. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and have a proven track record of successful implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ServiceNow solution design, suggestion, and implementation of business requirements.
- Architect, design and integrate ITSM process that can leverage the ServiceNow platform
- Provides High Level Design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation.
- Design and implement Integrations with ServiceNow with 3rd party tools using REST and other available API capabilities.
- Understands the ServiceNow workflow / Integration Hub.
- Create prototypes for client engagements & design / demo POC for new ServiceNow features.
- Proactively identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions and work on ServiceNow performance improvements.
- Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively, collaborating with other teams as applicable.
- Contributes appropriately to conversations and assumes additional responsibility proactively.
- Participates in platform upgrade planning, testing, and validation.
- Hands on Scripting knowledge for customizations / enhancements / implementations.
- Writes and/or reviews system specifications, including output requirements, flow charts and technical diagrams
Qualifications and key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least 6 to 10 years of relevant experience working on ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, XML, JSON and Web Service APIs. Ability to understand & parse XML, JSON, and other data formats.
- Hands-on Experience & understanding of ITSM Service catalog and service portal .
- Subject matter expertise for ServiceNow platform capabilities and applications such as ITSM design and solution, CMDB etc.
