Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer to join our team onsite in the USA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), with a strong background in leading ServiceNow development projects. This role will involve providing technical leadership, guiding a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and customize complex ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies for ServiceNow projects.
Lead the implementation and configuration of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure code quality and reliability.
Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business objectives and requirements.
Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and assess their impact on existing implementations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including building custom applications, modules, and integrations.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Experience leading ServiceNow development projects from inception to delivery.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of developers.
ServiceNow Developer and/or Implementation Specialist certification is highly desired
