Roles & Responsibilities
  • 7+ years of experience and strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow Designer
  • Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow out-of-box application (GRC application a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience with scripted REST APIs
  • Experience educating internal or external customers in best practice design
  • Experience migrating data into ServiceNow application
  • Experience working with ServiceNow in a large enterprise
  • Agile team experience
  • USAA ServiceNow experience a plus
  • Experience working with Business Rules, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Scheduled Job, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Policies and Catalog UI Policies
  • Integrated ServiceNow instance with 3rd party application
  • Experience on adding additional functionalities within exiting implemented integrations
  • Experience on Catalog Item, Record Producer, Order Guide, Workflow and Inbound Email Actions.
  • Experience on Scheduled Job, Events and Email Notifications, Email Scripting, Email Templates.
  • Experience building & working on different modules of GRC
  • Excellent experience in ServiceNow Administration and Production support
  • Worked on transform maps, data sources, import set and different transform scripts for data loads and management
Generic Managerial Skills
  • Should be able to manage a team of 4-5 resources
  • Provide weekly/monthly status report to TCS management
  • Should be able to communicate clearly with customer as well as TCS management
