Roles & Responsibilities | - 7+ years of experience and strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow Designer
- Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow out-of-box application (GRC application a plus)
- 2+ years of experience with scripted REST APIs
- Experience educating internal or external customers in best practice design
- Experience migrating data into ServiceNow application
- Experience working with ServiceNow in a large enterprise
- Agile team experience
- USAA ServiceNow experience a plus
- Experience working with Business Rules, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Scheduled Job, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Policies and Catalog UI Policies
- Integrated ServiceNow instance with 3rd party application
- Experience on adding additional functionalities within exiting implemented integrations
- Experience on Catalog Item, Record Producer, Order Guide, Workflow and Inbound Email Actions.
- Experience on Scheduled Job, Events and Email Notifications, Email Scripting, Email Templates.
- Experience building & working on different modules of GRC
- Excellent experience in ServiceNow Administration and Production support
- Worked on transform maps, data sources, import set and different transform scripts for data loads and management

Generic Managerial Skills | - Should be able to manage a team of 4-5 resources
- Provide weekly/monthly status report to TCS management
- Should be able to communicate clearly with customer as well as TCS management
