Jigserv Digital is currently seeking to fill this position for staffing a project of Accenture. The selected candidate will be dedicated to working on projects of Accenture. The chosen professional will be employed by Jigserv Digital and will be fully engaged in the Accenture project on a full-time basis at Accenture's Noida Office.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Specialist. The ideal candidate will have advanced-level proficiency in ServiceNow implementation and customization, with a focus on ITOM (IT Operations Management), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), ITSM (IT Service Management), Discovery, and Service Catalog (SRM) tools.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Implementation and Customization :

 

• The candidate must have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, Integration, Orchestration, and advanced scripting.
• They should possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, with the ability to create custom workflows, service catalogs, record producers, CMDB, and event management.
  
   

SLA, SLO, And OLA Configuration

 

• The candidate should be proficient in creating and configuring Service Level Agreements (SLA), Service Level Objectives (SLO), and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) to ensure effective service delivery and performance monitoring.
  
   

Scripting And API Integration

 

• The candidate must be adept at ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting, REST APIs, and Workflow and Flow Designers.
• They should have the ability to integrate, configure, and maintain ServiceNow components with other applications using REST API.
  
   

Dashboard Design And Implementation

 

• The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing dashboards for various modules, including Incident Management, Service Catalog, ITSM, Software and Hardware Asset Management, within a multitenant environment.
  
   

Root Cause Analysis And Code Review

 

• The candidate should have experience in preparing root cause analysis, reviewing code, and suggesting implementation approaches.
• Additionally, they should be able to identify and fix defects in the system to ensure optimal performance.
  
   

Self-Service And Automation

 

• The candidate should have a proven track record of creating capabilities to drive self-service and automation within the ServiceNow environment.
• This includes implementing ServiceNow Service Portal, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  
   

Instance Cloning And Upgrade Activities

 

• The candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow instance cloning, as well as pre-post upgrade activities, execution, and bug-fixing.
• This involves ensuring a smooth transition during system upgrades and maintaining system integrity.
  
   

Qualifications And Experience

 

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and customization.
• Advanced-level knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
• Proven experience in scripting, REST APIs, workflow design, and Service Portal.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing dashboards for various modules.
• Experience with multitenant environments and complex system integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.
• Familiarity with self-service and automation principles.
• Experience in ServiceNow instance cloning and upgrade activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
