Description

Responsibilities:
Platform Architecture: Design, architect, and implement scalable, robust, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's business requirements
Solution Design: Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform
Custom Development: Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
Performance Optimization: Execution on performance optimization, scalability improvements, and enhancement of the overall user experience on the ServiceNow platform
Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all aspects of ServiceNow platform implementation and usage
Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user guides
Conduct training sessions for partners and end-users as needed
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform
Proactively seek out areas for process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow/Enterprise architecture
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
Profound knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITAM, CSM, CMDB, and PPM modules.
Exposure to HRSD, IRM, CSM, FSM, TSOM & other industry-specific modules.
Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services) and a good understanding of ITIL processes.
At least two mainline valid ServiceNow Certifications.
