Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Onsite ServiceNow Platform Developer to join our team in Santa Clara, California. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience, with a strong background in seClienth domain and virtual agent development. You will be responsible for customizing and enhancing our ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on seClienth domain experience, virtual agent functionality, and incident management.

Customization: Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with business requirements, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems. This includes creating custom workflows, forms, and business rules.

Virtual Agent: Develop and maintain virtual agents within the ServiceNow platform to optimize user interactions and automate processes. This includes creating conversational flows and implementing natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities.

Incident Management: Take ownership of incident management processes within ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.

Technical Requirements: Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting is essential. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with third-party systems is a plus.

Clienthitecture Skills: A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform Clienthitecture, including the configuration, database schema, and various components, is essential. This includes knowledge of the ServiceNow instance structure, mid-server Clienthitecture, and the development of scalable and efficient solutions within ServiceNow.

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

Collaboration: Collaborate with in-house teams, attend face-to-face meetings, workshops, and training sessions, and provide im,te support and assistance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

Extensive experience in seClienth domain and virtual agent development, incident management, and related ServiceNow modules.

Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and IT operations.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
