Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal.
Design, develop and implement Service Portal widgets, pages and themes, resolving UI performance issues, and complex widget defects.
Integrate ServiceNow Portal with other ServiceNow Modules and third party systems as needed.
Analyzing usage statistics, up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices
Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application.
