Job Description:

Experience:

• Worked on ServiceNow in Product Owner capacity since 2019. 
• Comes from a CyberSecurity background and has mainly worked with GRC within ServiceNow including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management & BCM. 
• Implemented GRC for Bank of America and also worked with PPM. 
• Excellent client & stakeholder engagement skills. 
• When working with a consultancy he was responsible for meeting with end client gathering GRC requirements and delivering to technical team made up of architects & developers from consultancy & end user. 
• Experienced with product & system roadmaps & conducting workshops/presentations (using visio).
