Title: ServiceNow Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy: Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for ServiceNow projects.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
· Develop strategies to ensure successful project execution and achievement of objectives.
· Utilize deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to provide guidance and direction to project team members/developers.
· Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow best practices, capabilities, and solutions.
· Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to leverage in projects.
· Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
· Coordinate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure project success.
· Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
· Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
· Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
· Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes and procedures.
· Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
· Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
· Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks proactively.
· Escalate critical issues to senior management as needed, providing recommendations for resolution.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
· Proven experience (at last 2 years) in project management, specifically in ServiceNow projects.
· ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
