Job Description ::

The role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of ServiceNow, and the capability to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making. Understanding of the foundational principles of ITIL along with the underlining metrics associated to Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management required. Ability to create executive level PowerPoint presentations detailing Service Operations and Management key performance metrics will be required as well as strong skills in Microsoft Excel

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports and metrics

Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and metrics using ServiceNow reporting tools and other relevant technologies

Build and automate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ServiceNow Performance Analytics is a plus

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate reports

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Strong skills with using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
