ServiceNow Service Portal developer Lead

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Service Portal customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for Service Portal development.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages, including Glide Script, JavaScript, and Jelly.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services for integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
