Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect  

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)   

Duration: 1+ Year  

Rate: $60-65/hr

JOB DETAILS  

  • Overall experience in IT industry.   Required.  10 yrs. 
  • Education:  A Bachelor’s degree.  Highly Desired.  
  • Delivery of consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow. Required. 5 yrs. 
  • Conduct workshops to articulate the value of the solution.  Required. 5 yrs. 
  • Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software development. Required. 5 yrs. 
  • Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer agreements. Required. 5 yrs. 
  • Provide guidance in setting up and configuration of customized probes, sensors and patterns, as needed. Required. 5 yrs. 
  • Provide guidance in setting up, configuring and code custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs. Required. 5 yrs. 
  • The Outcome Architect will have at least 10 years’ experience in software delivery and expertise in at least two of the following areas: SecOps, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, HAM.   Required. 10 yrs. 
  • The architect will be at least 20% focused on supporting Team Charlie (Asset and CMDB)-related strategy and technical leadership.  Required.
