Description: UST is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CEO) as one of the key resources in delivering technical, functional, and business process improvements in enterprise-wide Service Management application, which is based on the ServiceNow software suite. In this position as a Solution Architect, the incumbent will work with the leadership team to drive definition and standardization of Service Management business processes across UST ServiceNow assignments. You will also direct significant aspects of the ongoing implementation of the ServiceNow software suite. Workload will range from generating and reviewing functional and technical requirements, providing Service Management business process leadership, collaborating with Information Technology teams to implement enhancements, defining more intuitive ways to leverage the data collected in the system, and working otherwise as a subject matter expert in general Service Management-related projects
Strong Knowledge in development and implementation of "as a service and cloud platforms and products. Experience of Development of Customized SaaS Platforms
Previous experience implementing and configuring the ServiceNow software suite in one or more of the following modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Asset Management, Release Management, Asset Management, IT Cost Management
Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business community and translate them into functional and technical requirements which can be estimated for complexity and then queued for implementation
