ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Description:

The Outcome Architect possesses deep understanding of technical aspects of software development; has strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers/partners, business analysts, other project team architects and work with developers & QA. The architect will also focus at least 20% on supporting Team Charlie (Asset and CMDB)-related strategy and technical leadership, including ITSM, compliance, and asset management use cases, leveraging the CMDB. Responsibilities include creating design documents, validating test plans with SMEs, leading demonstrations, and strategic efforts.

The Outcome Architect will have at least 10 years’ experience in software delivery and expertise in at least two of the following areas: SecOps, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, HAM, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires at least 5 years of IT software consulting experience, with 3-5 years’ experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow products.

Skills and experience include:

• Delivery of consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow
• Conducting workshops to articulate the value of solutions
• Developing custom software solutions through scripting and software development
• Preparing technical documentation as specified in customer agreements
• Guidance in setting up and configuration of customized probes, sensors, and patterns
• Code custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs
• Application mapping and strong understanding of the mapping process
• Setting up and configuring impact analysis for what-if scenarios
• Articulating technology and business direction using ServiceNow
