Basic Qualifications: (required) 

 

  • Education:
    • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience (5+ years) as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and architecture.
    • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), CSDM and IT Operations Management (ITOM), Integration Risk Management (IRM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, and integration techniques.
    • Involvement with Integration Hub Enterprise and Citizen Development with Application Engine Studio (AES).
    • Ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Certifications:
    • ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, etc.).
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
