Basic Qualifications: (required)
- Education:
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and architecture.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), CSDM and IT Operations Management (ITOM), Integration Risk Management (IRM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, and integration techniques.
- Involvement with Integration Hub Enterprise and Citizen Development with Application Engine Studio (AES).
- Ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and support.
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, etc.).
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
