JD for ServiceNow Specialist
•        ServiceNow Techno functional lead with 10+ years of experience in Servicenow
•        Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow FSM solutions.
•        Strong understanding of field service management processes and best practices.
•        Experience in conducting thorough requirements gathering sessions, to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
•        Experience in configuration and development within the ServiceNow platform to build custom features and functionalities required for efficient field service management.
•        Experience in integration of ServiceNow platform and FSM modules with other 3rd party systems/applications using various channels (SOAP, REST APIs, scripts, etc.).
•        Experience in configuration and development of ServiceNow Mobile App
•        Configuration and deployment of MID servers
•        Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, Powershell and other scripting languages.
•        ServiceNow certifications related to FSM is a plus.
•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
