Role And Responsibilities:

  • Facilitated and lead the requirement gathering workshops with customer SPM project team.
  • Provide technical guidance for ServiceNow SPM implementations, including architecture and design.
  • Work with customer teams and ServiceNow developers to guide the solution delivery.
  • Perform ServiceNow configurations and/or integration development, while leading the implementation,
  • Assist with story grooming and best practice adherence.

 

Qualifications And Requirements:

  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform and Experience with SPM, with relevant certifications
  • Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of SPM or other ServiceNow solutions in client environments.
  • Ability to participate in design workshop, development, testing and deployment activities with customers.
  • Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills
