Job Description:
Role And Responsibilities:
- Facilitated and lead the requirement gathering workshops with customer SPM project team.
- Provide technical guidance for ServiceNow SPM implementations, including architecture and design.
- Work with customer teams and ServiceNow developers to guide the solution delivery.
- Perform ServiceNow configurations and/or integration development, while leading the implementation,
- Assist with story grooming and best practice adherence.
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform and Experience with SPM, with relevant certifications
- Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of SPM or other ServiceNow solutions in client environments.
- Ability to participate in design workshop, development, testing and deployment activities with customers.
- Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills
