About the job

  • Strong experience on ServiceNow Development and Design experience on ITSM and ideally SPM suite, documenting requirements, designing, and building in a ServiceNow enterprise environment.
  • Must have completed at least 2 implementations of SPM within ServiceNow.
  • Experience or knowledge or certifications with various ServiceNow modules like SPM, ITAM, ITOM , ITIL, CSA Certification, Implementation Specialist Certification.
  • Expertise and experience in ServiceNow, ideally certified as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Administrator.
  • Experience utilizing techniques and tools including HTML, XML, CSS, SQL, or JavaScript.
  • Ability to lead client discussions, organize backlog grooming and run scrum calls and agile based methodology of software development.



 

Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.
