Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Support/Assistance to Design, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team and the client on best practices, architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Ensure the quality, performance, security, and scalability of the solutions and adhere to the ServiceNow coding standards and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support and maintenance for the solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the ServiceNow platform and leverage them to enhance the solutions and customer experience.
- Uses considerable judgment to determine solution on complex problems.
- Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to complex requirements.
Required Skills:
- Discovery certified (ITOM /CMDB)
- Service mapping Experience.
- Service Now application certified.
- Service Now Admin certified.
