Duties

  • Automate service mapping tasks that are mostly manual, today.
  • Support ITOM Service Mapping, Discovery, and CMDB
  • Mentor another resource and do knowledge transfer around Service Mapping
  • Learn Discovery from another resource and help to support it, in the future
  • JavaScript, as needed

 

Requirements

  • Experience with ITOM – Service Mapping
  • Experience automating mapping functional within Service Mapping
  • Experience supporting an ITOM environment, specifically Service Mapping and Discovery
  • JavaScript
