ServiceNow Technical Lead

Role And Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, the Candidate would

Supervising Operational and Developmental activities for ServiceNow IT Services and projects

Implement OOTB or Customized features in the ServiceNow environment

Coordinate with application and other support teams for finalizing design, preparing implementation and cutover plans, configuring CyberArk with various tools and troubleshoot issue to complete work in time

Prepare detailed requirement, design, technical documentation, SOPs and user training manuals

Perform extensive study of online documentation ServiceNow to troubleshoot and implement solutions

Lead and guide a team of junior ServiceNow analysts to perform the required tasks

Provide correct status and timeline for completion of tasks

Successful candidates would have:8-10 years' experience in ServiceNow in implementation, configuration, upgrade, and integrations

Experience in REST APIs, SOAP based integration with SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure, WorkAto, XSOAR

Collaboration with Technical Architects and Application Support teams design finalization and implementation

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Very good communication and documentation skills

Proactive attitude towards timely completion of tasks by troubleshooting and other stakeholder coordination

Leadership and task distribution and monitoring skills

MUST HAVE skills and experience for this requirement

Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, modules and configurations

Integration using REST APIS, SOAP protocols, JSON, Web Services, for automation of business workflows

ITAM, ITBM, ITOM, ITSM, CSM, Security Operations, GRC, Vulnerability Response proficiency

UI/Portal designing and development: Angular JS, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

End to end implementation of OOTB applications, Trouble shooting and ServiceNow Vendor collaboration

NICE TO HAVE

Good Verbal and communication skill and ability to interact with Architects and Clients

Knowledge of PowerShell, Active Directory, Windows, UNIX, Other Automation and RPA tools etc

Collaboration with business stake holders towards timely completion of tasks

Provide correct estimation of tasks and report of status

Contribute to growth and skill development team through strong team interactions and be driven by both time constraints and a personal commitment to quality
