Description

ITEMS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTAL:
• Candidate must have proven ServiceNow implementation experience, a background in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
business process, and working knowledge of IT operations. Do you accept this requirement?
• Candidate must have past work experience with ServiceNow in the areas of help desk, IT service management, asset management,
network and systems management.

Required Skills:
• Candidates must have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and ITIL v3 methodologies.
• 3 Years - Proven ServiceNow implementation experience
• 3 Years - Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
• 3 Years - Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies
• 3 Years - Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
• 3 Years - Working knowledge of relational databases
• 3 Years - Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
• 5 Years - Impeccable time-management and record keeping
• 5 years: The ability to take complex end-user requirements to code
• 5 Years - A positive can-do attitude & willingness to learn
• 5 Years - A strong personal commitment to quality service
• 5 Years - The ability to work independently and with a team
• 3 Years - LDAP directories, such as: Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP.
