Description

This is a ServiceNow (Vancouver version) development need. Will be 60% development, 30% architecting, 10% administration utilizing modules ITSM and SAMPRO. Experience developing test scripts and plans; Self-motivator with the ability to work through stakeholder requests which have high ambiguity; Experience working on an agile team; Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Delivery; Experience with ServiceNow System Administration; Experience as a System Administrator of a service management application, preferably ServiceNow; Outstanding critical thinking, communications, and personal interaction skills; LDAP/Active Directory knowledge; Candidate must be able to handle a fast paced environment and multitask; Minimum 3 years of experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments; Demonstrated experience in technical consulting roles and client facing; Proficiency with web API’s, Data Integrations/ETL, Relational Databases; Quick learner that can adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a client consulting environment; Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity; Self-directed and able to manage changing priorities; Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO, and other such technologies and standards; Proven record of successfully managing business relationships; Excellent understanding of emerging service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies.
