Responsibilities
As the ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ functionalities
You will gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Configure ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Change Management, and Release Management to meet business needs
Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts in ServiceNow to streamline processes and enhance user experience
Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce CPQ using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions
Maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications and, test plans
Conduct unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of solutions
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout projects
