Role: ServiceNow/Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
SLO Creation: Develop and manage Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for business applications.
ServiceNow Integration: Onboard events and alerts into ServiceNow and maintain the SLO repository (Fortuna).
Governance Support: Ensure Configuration Item (CI) owners follow IT standards and close identified gaps.
Collaboration: Work with SRE, Event Management, Incident Management, and CMDB processes to enhance SLO efficacy.
Training: Assist and train customers in creating effective SLOs and navigating exception processes.
Impediment Resolution: Address SLO creation blockers and escalate as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Availability Management.
Proficiency in ServiceNow for Event and Alert Management.
