Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrator to help our business increase efficiency and achieve key objectives. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Salesforce.com, creating custom reports, managing dashboards, managing users and profiles, and ensuring data cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the SFDC platform for the organization, including managing security settings and improving business functions.
- Administer and support Salesforce user setup, profiles and roles, customizations of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and implement new enhancements.
- Develop and implement training and documentation for Salesforce users.
- Monitor system data and proactively maintain data integrity, including overseeing regular data cleansing and error handling.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Work closely with SFDC functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy business processes.
- Maintain, coordinate, and communicate system changes, enhancements, and modifications – from requirement gathering to initiation, review, through to install.
- Proactively provide innovative solutions to business problems whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years experience as an SFDC administrator.
- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and systems.
- Experience with Salesforce.com's Sales Cloud and CRM/Sales business processes.
- Strong data management abilities.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Java, HTML, XML, SQL, and JavaScript beneficial but not essential.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
