Requirements:
• Availability to work at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience with SharePoint Server with preference for version 2013 or higher;
• Experience supporting SharePoint workflows through Microsoft PowerAutomate;
• Experience supporting SharePoint site collections through the administrative portal;
• Experience supporting SharePoint Designer 2013;
• Experience supporting SharePoint through the administrative portal and the use of PowerShell;
• Experience with PowerApps;
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services;
• Experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019;
• Experience with Office 365 SharePoint Online (preferred);
• Experience with IIS Administration (preferred);
• Experience with SMTP mail flow (preferred);
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related fields. Or equivalent
work experience.

Responsibilities: 
• Maintain and troubleshoot the SharePoint on-premises and online server environments including the
installation of SharePoint updates, troubleshooting mail flow issues, installation of new SharePoint servers such
as Search, Workflow, Designer, Power Automate and Power Apps tasks etc;
• Coordinate server configuration and administration with multiple parties (DMS-Florida Digital Service, and
contractors);
• Troubleshoot end user (internal and the public) issues;
• Make recommendations for future server and software upgrades;
• Maintaining, repairing, and upgrading network and computer systems;
• Monitor SharePoint systems and applications to ensure security, availability, and performance;
• Establishes new SharePoint systems specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access,
information, and security requirements;
• Secures SharePoint systems by developing systems access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining
documentation;
• Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support;
• Upgrades SharePoint systems by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing
enhancements;
• Assists other areas of Enterprise Systems with issues, as applicable (e.g., Office 365, Azure, etc.,);
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications;
maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations;
• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential;
• Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
• Supports other IT staff, including developers;
• Other duties as assigned.
