Job Description:

6+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 6 + year(s) technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.

4+ years’ experience with SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2019

Experience in Windows Active Directory Services and IIS.

• Adequate knowledge of SQL

Knowledge of PowerShell would be an added advantage.

Good understanding of Operating Systems and Networking Technologies.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting SharePoint, IIS, Active Directory, and SQL Server

Experience in one or more of these areas is desirable.

Customer handling experience on technical issues
MCSE, MCSA certifications
Microsoft Project knowledge
Language Qualification

English Language: fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.

A superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in both on-premises SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online
Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2016 or 2019 and Office365/SharePoint Online.
Support experience in investigating complex SharePoint issues relating to performance, administration, site configuration, and customization.
General understating of SharePoint administration principles, using SharePoint Central Admin and SQL Management Studio.
Good general networking knowledge including DNS, TCP/IP, and Sub-netting.
Experience with Web standards and technologies, e.g. HTTP, JavaScript, CSS, XML
Full Professional Proficiency in English both verbal & written.
